Brand Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to drive the development of comprehensive, integrated brand strategies across the UK, US, and global markets.

This role is responsible for creating demand-generating activities that not only enhance the brand but also contribute to financial success. The focus is on building brand strength and generating significant revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Designing and implementing brand strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals to foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Overseeing all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and social media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Partnering with the Insights team to generate key insights that inform global brand strategy development.
  • Managing the brand marketing budget effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
  • Extensive experience working across various categories, including managing major brands with complex distribution channels.
  • Strong experience in the UK market is necessary, with global exposure considered a plus.
  • Proven experience of end-to-end creation of large-scale, global assets for iconic brands in FMCG or Retail.
  • Excellent understanding of brand strategy and positioning.
  • Leadership of high-growth teams.
  • Experience in managing the iterative creative development process for a DTC company.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive a culture of high performance.
