About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for leading creative development and strategy to retain and grow business for our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and relations to retain and grow their business.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Pitch, develop, and execute personalized digital strategies, leveraging creative and strategic thinking, commercial acumen, data, and insights.
  • Integration and Implementation: Lead the integration of new and existing brands onto the Epsilon platform, designing, developing, and implementing creative and technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Team Management: Mentor and train junior team members and new starters within the Account Management team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience within the digital marketing landscape, either agency or client-side.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with experience in project management.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative thinker and strategic problem solver who strives for continuous improvement.
  • Digital Industry Knowledge: Knowledgeable about the digital industry and motivated by its evolving nature.
