Regional Business Development Lead

**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mercury Hampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the Eastern UK region.
You will have a strong background in technical medical sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be confident in your ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue in the Eastern UK region
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
- Sell complex engineering systems and capital equipment into operating theatres
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record in technical medical sales
- Ideal experience in selling into the operating theatre environment
- Medical industry expertise and knowledge
- Capital equipment sales experience in operating theatres in hospitals
- Technically competent engineering qualification or experience
What We Offer:
- Basic salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Ongoing bonus potential up to £90,000 per annum
