We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Warrington showroom, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

In this full-time position, you will support the Showroom Manager in implementing strategies to boost sales, maintain high service standards, and lead the team in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include overseeing showroom layout, managing staff, and staying up-to-date with the latest product ranges and industry trends.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day showroom operations and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication with the team and Area Manager.
  • Support in managing showroom merchandising and staffing for optimal customer experience.
  • Monitor and protect company assets, taking swift action against any security breaches.
  • Uphold staff discipline and apply company policies effectively.

About the Role:

  • Proven experience in managing or developing staff is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
  • A background in face-to-face customer sales, preferably within the KBB industry, is highly beneficial.
  • A keen understanding of market trends to influence showroom operations is crucial.
