Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team at a leading dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing labor utilization and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish rapport with customers and provide outstanding care to ensure their needs are met.
- Identify and anticipate ways to help customers achieve sales targets by selling technician labor and products.
- Book in customer vehicles for servicing, with the objective of maximizing labor utilization and efficiency.
- Arrange alternative transport for customers and liaise with drivers regarding pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles.
- Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles, liaising regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller (and Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames.
- Ensure customers understand service charges and what work will be or has been carried out, involving technical advisers to answer queries where necessary.
