Job Summary

Serco is seeking a highly skilled Sentence Calculation and Prison Offender Manager to join our team at HMP Fosse Way. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of our communities by driving pre-release planning and working with external agencies to gather crucial information and share risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Co-ordinators and oversee the Sentence Calculation establishment
  • Develop and implement effective sentence calculation processes
  • Collaborate with external agencies to gather information and share risks
  • Ensure offender transitions run smoothly
  • Manage demanding workloads while maintaining professional boundaries

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of sentence calculation and safeguarding procedures
  • Relevant experience and Advanced Calculation training
  • Ability to manage demanding workloads and maintain professional boundaries
