Key Role in Reducing Re-offending Rates

We are seeking a highly skilled Sentence Calculation and Prison Offender Manager to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a brand new Category C resettlement prison in Leicester.

This is a pivotal role within a busy team, playing an important part in ensuring the safety of our communities. You will be the driving force behind pre-release planning, working with external agencies to gather crucial information and share any risks to ensure offender transitions run smoothly.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to expand your leadership skills and shape prison management practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Offender Management Services, you will manage a team of Co-ordinators while overseeing the Sentence Calculation establishment.

We are looking for someone with sound knowledge of sentence calculation and a good understanding of safeguarding procedures. You will need relevant experience and be Advanced Calculation trained. You will be confident in managing demanding workloads while maintaining professional boundaries.
