We are seeking a highly skilled Sentence Calculation and Prison Offender Manager to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a brand new Category C resettlement prison in Leicester.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position within a busy team, playing a key part in ensuring the safety of our communities. You will be the driving force behind pre-release planning, working with external agencies to gather crucial information and share any risks to ensure offender transitions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Co-ordinators while overseeing the Sentence Calculation establishment.
- Have sound knowledge of sentence calculation and a good understanding of safeguarding procedures.
- Be confident in managing demanding workloads while maintaining professional boundaries.
