Job Overview

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage a complex caseload of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation pathways and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless and effective care.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Substantial experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including supervision and appraisal of staff.
  • Excellent clinical reasoning skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel between multiple sites and work flexible hours.
