Job Title: MSK Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MSK Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, responsive outpatient physiotherapy services for adults and children with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership for the MSK Physiotherapy Team
  • Manage your own independent caseload
  • Work with the Team Lead to coordinate the overall management of the service
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Pain and Spinal Service and MSK Community Specialist Service to provide seamless and effective care
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Substantial experience working as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist
  • Ability to demonstrate substantial relevant experience working as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist
  • Substantial experience of supervision and appraising staff
  • Demonstrate a high level of clinical reasoning skills
  • Experience of complex case management
