Band 6 Physiotherapist Position

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two highly organized and motivated candidates for Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist positions in the Physiotherapy Outpatient team. The successful candidates will work at either West Berkshire Community Hospital, Bath Road (Reading) or Wokingham Community Hospital.
The Physiotherapy Outpatient team provides a wide range of services, including assessment and treatment for adults and children with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. The team works closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Main Duties- Provide high-quality, responsive outpatient physiotherapy services for adults and children with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Work autonomously as a senior physiotherapy practitioner, making decisions and taking responsibility for patient care.
- Supervise and educate junior physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants, and students to ensure high-quality patient care and professional development.
