Senior Physiotherapist

Berkshire Healthcare is seeking two experienced Physiotherapists to join our Physiotherapy Outpatient team. The successful candidates will work in either West Berkshire Community Hospital, Bath Road (Reading) or Wokingham Community Hospital. We offer a B5 / 6 Development role as an alternative option.
We receive a wide range of referrals from GP surgeries, orthopaedic clinics, and specialist services. Our team consists of experienced clinicians and administrative staff, with access to Band 7 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists for supervision and training.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults and children with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and contribute to the development of junior staff.
- Postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic outpatients.
- Minimum 12 months' postgraduate experience.
- Experience working in the UK health system, preferably in the NHS.
- Ability to present information clearly and logically.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy in the relevant area.
- Self-directed learning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites.
