The Role

This is a full-time position offering up to 37.5 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns and opportunities for overtime. You will be working closely with a small team of experienced Support Workers, supporting six individuals with varying levels of need.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide person-centred support to individuals with multiple needs, focusing on their strengths and aspirations
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Support individuals with personal care, including bathing and dressing
  • Encourage independence and participation in community activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a care or support role, particularly with adults with multiple needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion and empathy when dealing with sensitive issues
