Automotive Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Parts Administrator to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our automotive parts database.
Key Responsibilities:- Input Part Numbers: Accurately input part numbers into our PIM system as requested by Product Line.
- Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research into automotive parts to increase market share and opportunities.
- Data Storage: Ensure data storage is up to date with accurate information from competitor research.
- Part Number Management: Verify that part numbers are correctly added and stored to the database.
- Image Management: Liaise with our in-house photography team to ensure correct images are uploaded with relevant parts.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, such as Category, Product, and Engineering.
- Automotive Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry.
- Cataloguing Systems: Previous experience using cataloguing systems in a main dealership or aftermarket.
- Automotive Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive car parts with some mechanical knowledge.
- ERP and Industry Tools: Prior experience using ERP's and industry cataloguing tools, CCU desirable.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.
- Microsoft Applications: Knowledge of most Microsoft Applications.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time Management: Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- Team Player: Committed team player.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Stakeholder Trust: Able to build trust with stakeholders and understand the customer's perspective.
- Hybrid Working: Monday-Friday hybrid working arrangement.
