About the Job: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our commercial team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales order processing and backorder records.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Team Supervisor to achieve business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role; Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £24,000 - £26,000 p.a. DOE.
  • Hybrid working arrangements – 3 days office based and 2 days WFH.
  • Company bonus scheme.
  • Generous holiday entitlement.
  • Onsite parking.

Average Salary: £25,000 p.a.
Industry Standard: £20,000 - £30,000 p.a.
