About the Job: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our commercial team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales order processing and backorder records.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and Team Supervisor to achieve business goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role; Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic salary: £24,000 - £26,000 p.a. DOE.
- Hybrid working arrangements – 3 days office based and 2 days WFH.
- Company bonus scheme.
- Generous holiday entitlement.
- Onsite parking.
Average Salary: £25,000 p.a.
Industry Standard: £20,000 - £30,000 p.a.
