Director of Property Assets

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Property Assets to join our team at Realty Income. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for growing our European real estate portfolio by sourcing and executing opportunities throughout the European Union.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive investment cases for opportunities to be considered by the Investment Committee.
  • Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new relationships for sourcing investment potential.
  • Complete underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, and investment research for a variety of property transactions.
  • Identify, analyze, and pursue real estate investment opportunities in the EU.
  • Present proposed transactions to the Investment Committee.
  • Maintain relevant market knowledge and contacts to support the identification and analysis of investment opportunities.
  • Model potential returns for prospective investments.
  • Develop investment memorandums for presentation to the Investment Committee and/or the Board of Directors.
  • Experience underwriting real estate transactions including corporate/entity-level deals, portfolios, and asset-level deals.
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus on Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Fluency in English is essential; fluency with German and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
