Job Summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Asset Management. As a key member of the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) team, you will play a vital role in delivering the organization's vision for the effective management of its estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice on asset management strategies and best practices.
  • Work closely with external property and legal consultants to ensure the efficient occupation of buildings within the estate.
  • Develop and implement plans to deliver best value to HMCTS, while protecting the interests of the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • RICS qualification (in an appropriate sector pathway) or significant experience in active asset management in a large organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
