Role Overview

  • As the Asset Valuation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to lead our void options appraisal program by assessing properties and recommending whether to retain or dispose of them. You will work with different teams to gather data, track performance, and identify ways to improve efficiency in appraisal delivery.
  • You will also be involved in larger groups of properties, asset optimization projects, and portfolio reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property appraisals to determine their value and potential for retention or disposal.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve appraisal efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform asset management decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for asset optimization and develop plans to implement them.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in property appraisal or a related field is beneficial.
