Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in a commercial office setting. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
- Conduct emergency lighting tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Work with control panels and electrical systems
- Replace ballasts and maintain electrical equipment
- Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance
- Update and maintain log books to track maintenance activities
- Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
Requirements:
- Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 certification
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with the ability to work on a variety of electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
