Hospitality Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Operations Coordinator to join our team at Newmarket Racecourse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences during race days, conferences, and events.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting
- Supporting hospitality event planning, including catering, seating, and special requests
- Maintaining compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and legal standards in all event areas
- Upholding high standards of customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
