Job Title: Cluster Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Cluster Manager to join our client's growing operation in North West London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing 13 sites and ensuring business growth throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 13 sites and 20 FTE staff across North West London
  • Ensure top-quality care of the deceased at all times
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to team members
  • Work with the community to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
  • Deliver organisational growth across the branch network
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience of overseeing a high-performing, multi-site operation
  • Senior-level experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment
  • Ability to deliver organisational growth through wider teams
  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for new ideas
  • Empathetic nature and strong commercial acumen
  • Inspirational leadership skills and ability to influence others
  • Proven ability to achieve results through the wider team
