Job Title: Cluster Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our contract delivery, ensuring that we meet and exceed our client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the contract delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring that we meet our client's needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with our client to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all contract activities, including progress reports and financial data.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that our operations are safe and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to our client and internal stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed of our progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and develop our contract delivery team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management and delivery, preferably in the facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
