Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform revenue management decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure effective revenue management practices are in place.
  • Provide regular revenue performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve growth.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a revenue management role or 2 years of experience in a cluster revenue manager role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with PMS, RMS, and channel managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
