Job Title: Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Marketing Analyst to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources, including internal sales data, CRM systems, digital platforms, and external sources.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights related to sales and marketing performance.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing and sales activity across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, telesales, and direct.
  • Present regular reports to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support data-driven decision-making and ensure the delivery of department objectives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
