About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and energetic individual with a genuine passion for marketing to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and leveraging marketing data from various sources to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing strategies across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from internal sales data, CRM systems, digital platforms, and external sources.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights related to sales and marketing performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing and sales activity across multiple channels to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights on market opportunities and threats to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to segment and profile the target audience, enabling effective marketing activity and driving sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Undertake other marketing activities as required to ensure the delivery of department objectives.
  • Partner with other teams to integrate marketing insights into broader business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels.
