About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at the HICA Group. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personal and social care needs to residents in our care homes across Hull and East Riding.

The ideal candidate will have a kind and caring nature, be hardworking and reliable, and motivated by seeing the difference they can make to the lives of our residents. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with our residents and team members.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will assist with all aspects of resident care, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties. You will work closely with our experienced care team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £11 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including on-the-spot voucher recognition scheme, Techsave loans scheme, in-house lottery, and cycle to work scheme. We also offer access to funded qualifications and internal career progression opportunities.

Welcome to the HICA Group, a 'Not for Profit' organisation that specialises in care and support solutions for older people and people with a learning disability. Our services are provided within an established portfolio of 17 residential care homes and 12 domiciliary care offices.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
