As a Dementia Adviser, you will play a vital role in providing support, information, and guidance to people with dementia and their carers, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their sense of well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support people affected by dementia, families, and carers to access vital services and resources.
  • Improve people's sense of well-being by enabling them to have more control over their lives and making informed decisions.
  • Assist with the identification of needs, providing information and access to relevant services and support.
  • Promote our Dementia Advice service and build relationships with health and social care professionals to ensure seamless support for our clients.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for supporting people with dementia and their carers. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of a diverse range of people. Experience working with people with dementia and their carers is desirable, but not essential. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support and services.
