Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a joiner/plumber. The ideal candidate will have experience in general repairs, kitchen fitting, and bathroom fitting, as well as being competent in completing other basic repairs/maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance on social housing properties
- General repairs, kitchen fitting, and bathroom fitting
- Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar works
- Relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
- Competent in completing other basic repairs/maintenance
Working Conditions:
- 37 hour working week, Monday - Friday
- On tools and transport required
