Customer Service Advisor Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our call centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Accurately record and log interactions with customers, ensuring data entry is correct and accurate
  • Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
  • Deal directly with customers, responding promptly to their enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Process job orders and organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Maintain client and company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, following communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers, taking the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction
  • Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with clients, engineers, and dealing with tenants in a busy and fast-paced call centre environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: £22,500-£25,600
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible between 8-6pm
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day every 2 years' service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory days
