About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our North American contact center in Enfield, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving complex issues, and promoting the LEGO brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in verbal and written communication with customers in English and French.
- Utilize technology, including Salesforce, the internet, and digital knowledge bases, to resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent service to customers, even in high-volume situations.
- Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
- Prioritize and multitask to meet customer expectations.
- Meet performance expectations with post-contact survey results and daily productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Confidence to make judgments about what is right for customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Comfortable with virtual assessments and have access to a secure wi-fi network.
