About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in verbal and written communication with customers in English and Spanish, utilizing technology to resolve issues.
  • Represent the LEGO Group brand through our unique tone of voice, providing a premium service to each customer.
  • Adhere to the schedule, prioritizing and multitasking to meet customer expectations.
  • Meet performance expectations with post-contact survey results and daily productivity.
  • Work on critical days during our busiest season, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, to support our most loyal fans.
Requirements
  • Experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Confidence to make judgments about what is right for the customer.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Comfortable with virtual assessments and have access to a secure wi-fi network.
