Job Title: Ecommerce & Merchandising Supervisor

Hermès is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce & Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our retail function, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing product offerings across our ten stores in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to understand business opportunities and risks, and develop action plans to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to ensure a unique and coherent product offer that meets customer needs and enhances store identities.
  • Buying Strategy: Propose a buying strategy that balances novelties and bestsellers, and supports physical stores in their freedom of buying.
  • Omnichannel Approach: Place orders for the Ecommerce local platform, taking into account store offerings and customer needs.
  • Tool Development: Develop easy-to-use tools for Podium, Preview, Reorder, and Push offers, with control on delivery, stock levels, and sales.
  • Product Updates: Update PSI and assortments when needed, proposing adjustments based on sales data and Retail/Warehouse constraints.
  • Launch Planning: Collaborate with the Demand and Supply Planner, Training team, Visual Merchandiser, Ecommerce, and Communications to ensure successful product launches.
  • Product Visibility: Work with Visual Merchandiser/E-VM to optimize product visibility and ensure products are given the right level of exposure in stores' display and windows.
  • Community Engagement: Be an active player in the community of Merchandising Managers in Europe, and coordinate regular market visits with Métiers.
