Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory reporting and timely restocking.
- Raise purchase orders and manage the critical path to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Liaise with factories to negotiate prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website and increase online sales.
- Take ownership of conversion and web KPIs to ensure the ecommerce platform is performing optimally.
- Ensure stock, content, and product accuracy on the website to provide a seamless customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least four years' experience in a ecommerce merchandising role, with a strong background in Excel and Shopify. Ideally, you will also have some digital marketing and social media experience. A competitive salary of up to £45,000, regular company socials, and a great company culture make this a compelling opportunity for the right candidate.
