Hermès is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce & Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our retail function, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing product offerings across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets in collaboration with Retail, Training, Customer Service, and Europe Region teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective merchandising and product placement.
  • Work closely with the Retail Merchandising Director to update sales forecasts and propose buying strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Demand and Supply Planner to ensure timely delivery of new products and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to optimize product visibility and ensure effective store displays.
  • Contribute to the development of 360 animation plans to engage sales teams and increase sales on targeted Métiers.
  • Identify opportunities to move stock throughout the business and reduce financial losses.
  • Participate in market visits and collaborate with Métiers teams to stay up-to-date on market trends.
