We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Wowcher. As an Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our ecommerce business by providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Insights: Provide the sales team with timely and accurate product insights to ensure that we always have the current trending products in the market.
  • Email Campaigns: Oversee the build of numerous email sends using various data sources and KPIs to assist with decision making.
  • Leadership: Cover for the Head of Merchandising Analysis in their absence and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Visual Merchandising: Lead the visual merchandising of the shopping page, refreshing deals daily, showcasing newness, and updating tile themes and content subject to seasonality and trade.
  • Trade Meetings: Lead the weekly trade meeting, offering insight into deal and category performance, suggesting improvement and trade actions to better revenue performance.
  • Team Management: Manage 2 team members, carrying out weekly 121s, setting objectives, and monitoring progression.
Requirements
  • Data Analysis: Confidently analyze large volumes of data, both doing the analysis yourself and being able to check the work of others.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate a passion for product, ecommerce, and trends in consumer buying habits.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills (SQL a plus but not necessary).
