Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist

As a Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for Coburg Banks Limited. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers across the North East, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and establish new broker relationships throughout the North East
- Maintain and nurture existing broker relationships in the region
- Drive sales of tier 2 asset finance through brokers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling asset finance into brokers
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A proactive and results-driven attitude
- A valid driving licence for regional travel
