We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to continue developing our business in the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

This is a field-based role for candidates located ideally between Newcastle and Dundee. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for sales and fostering customer relationships within this territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and have experience working with Organic, Medicinal, Scale-up, and Process Chemists within the Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech, BioPharma, Research, and Chemical sectors.

A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is essential. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, as well as having a valid UK driving license.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and oversee the sales cycle
  • Perform on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and leverage the system to enhance sales development efforts
