We are Agility Resourcing, and we're looking for a highly detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Administrator to join our team.

Role Description

This part-time position involves performing various financial administrative tasks to support our organization's operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase invoices using Sage
  • Tracking credit limits and chasing overdue payments
  • Entering sales orders and sending customer statements
  • Supporting year-end financial preparations
  • Managing bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Calculating payment runs and distributing remittances
  • Performing general office administration tasks

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent teamwork skills, and experience working with Sage accounting software.

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
