Part-Time Financial Administrator

We are Agility Resourcing, and we're looking for a highly detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Administrator to join our team.
Role DescriptionThis part-time position involves performing various financial administrative tasks to support our organization's operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase invoices using Sage
- Tracking credit limits and chasing overdue payments
- Entering sales orders and sending customer statements
- Supporting year-end financial preparations
- Managing bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Calculating payment runs and distributing remittances
- Performing general office administration tasks
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent teamwork skills, and experience working with Sage accounting software.
Essential RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This part-time position comes with:
- A competitive salary up to £24,600 per annum (pro rata)
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
