Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and making payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and review financial reports, including bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
- Support VAT and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in Excel (Xero experience is a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
