Job Overview:

EASYWEBRECRUITMENT, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Part-time Finance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with various financial tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and making payments
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
  • Support VAT and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in Excel (Xero experience is a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
