Main Responsibilities:

  • Finance Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other related tasks
  • Financial Transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, and credit card payments
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries from staff members and external partners

Requirements:

">
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
