Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our community nursing team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Community Healthcare Specialist, you will work closely with patients, families, and carers to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in this role.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £29,970 to £38,308 per annum. We offer a range of benefits to our employees, including flexible working options, 27 days' annual leave rising with service, and access to a range of wellbeing tools and services. What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for community nursing and be committed to delivering evidence-based practice. You will need to have a current NMC registration or be about to qualify, as well as a full UK driving license. A passion for community nursing and a willingness to undertake training to fulfill the requirements of this role are also essential.
