Role Overview

This position requires a skilled and proactive individual to oversee the management of nursing resources and ensure high-quality care services are delivered to clients.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting Prestige Nursing & Care, maximizing resource utilization, and aligning services with client needs within defined quality, compliance, and safety standards.

The success of this role will be measured by achieving member utilisation targets, effective shift rostering, identifying business growth opportunities, forming strong relationships with carers, and meeting business KPI's.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
  • Take ownership of area and work in collaboration with other care planners to ensure care is covered.
  • Maintain great relationships with existing clients and colleagues.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support growth with the Branch Manager.
  • Work in cooperation with members of multi-disciplinary health teams to maximize opportunities for client care needs.
  • Ensure the effective placement of frontline colleagues to meet client needs.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required.
  • Undertake the on-call rota as per the needs of the business.
