About The Role

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in the aviation sector within facilities management.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious individual who is willing to work as part of a small team, assisting in the efficient delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance activities.

As part of the site team, you will be required to deliver a wide range of statutory and routine PPM's as well as reactive maintenance activities that will require completing in-line with specific contract SLA's.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Services: Ensure the highest standards and Atlas Workplace Services competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
  • Portfolio Management: Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works, ensuring accuracy and best value for money to the client.
  • Communication and Feedback: Keep the client, customer, and team informed through regular updates and feedback.
  • Quality and Safety: Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the customer, and ensure safe delivery of all Atlas Workplace Services works.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the customer and team.
  • Performance Reporting: Report on performance to your Technical Service Manager.
  • Relationship Building: Build and foster relationships with the client, customer, and other Atlas Workplace Services colleagues.
  • System Management: Ensure the Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of the standard of work delivered, ensuring exceptional service to the customer.
  • Coverage and Support: Cover all call-out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Electrical Qualification: NVQ Level 2 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.
  • Wiring Regulations: City & Guilds BS7671 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Inspection and Testing: Inspection & Testing 2391 or equivalent (desirable).

You will also need:

  • Modern Office Software: Good understanding of modern office software and experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO/CafM systems on Android tablets.
  • Previous Experience: 2 years' previous experience within a similar environment, particularly across multi-site and multi-discipline service delivery.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: 1 year's experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
  • Background in Mobile Engineering: Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
  • Ability to Adapt: Ability to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment and manage priorities in line with business need.
