Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to diverse patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Home Manager in driving business performance and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
