About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced advocate to work with children and young people in a social care setting. As a Senior Advocate, you will play a crucial role in delivering and promoting advocacy services, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include carrying a small caseload of advocacy referrals, monitoring cases through the case management system, and ensuring that all advocates' case notes meet expected standards. You will also contribute to the development of advocacy services and support the growth of the team.
