Product Innovation Director Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Innovation Director to join our team at VeSync. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, driving innovation and growth through new product creation and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing VeSync's product strategy
* Driving innovation and growth through new product creation and market expansion
* Leading multi-disciplinary technical teams to develop world-class products
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
* Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 15+ years of experience in consumer product design and development for international markets
* Significant experience in motorized and heated products in categories such as power tools, blenders, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, ovens, air fryers, etc.
* A strong working knowledge of electrical and electronic controls
* Recent leadership responsibilities for multi-disciplinary technical teams
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, with a BSc/MSc in Industrial Design Engineering preferred

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
