We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our care home leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and lead nursing staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of patient care.
- Oversee the training and development of nursing personnel, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
- Patient Care and Quality
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, assisting in clinical decision-making and problem resolution.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Foster effective communication among healthcare team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize risk.
- Resource Management
- Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control to optimize resource allocation.
- NMC Registered
- Experience working in a care home environment
