About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our care leadership team, you will be responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team and manage the day-to-day running of the home
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Support the financial effectiveness of the home by identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
  • Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse
  • 6+ months of Charge Nurse experience
  • Valid NMC Pin
