Deputy Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the care team and manage the day-to-day running of the home
- Be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care
- Write, review, and update clinical policies and procedures as appropriate
- Shadow the Nurse Manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed
- Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency
- You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse
- 6+ months of Charge Nurse experience
- A valid NMC Pin
