Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee training and development of nursing personnel, conducting performance evaluations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, assisting in clinical decision-making and problem resolution.
- Foster effective communication among healthcare team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control to optimize resource allocation.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
- NMC Registered
- Experience working in a care home environment, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
